CANCELLATION POLICY

Lodging and Camping Policy Cancellations:

 

- Notice Period: Cancellations made at least 10 days (240 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee for lodging and $15 for camping.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 10 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund.

- Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival are non-refundable unless due to weather-related closures or emergencies.

- No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

 

Tour Cancellations:

 

- Advance Notice: Tour reservations canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour will be issued a full refund minus a $10 fee.

- Late Cancellations: Tours canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

- Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule tours with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

 

Weather & Safety Policies:

 

- Weather Cancellations: If adverse weather conditions make outdoor activities unsafe, your booking may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

- Safety Events: We reserve the right to cancel or alter tours and activities for safety reasons without liability.

 

Additional Notes:

 

- Special Promotions, booking websites, or Packages: May have different cancellation terms; please refer to specific booking details.

- Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations and unforeseen events.
